This 100% Hill Country, single vineyard, Tempranillo rosé/blush wine mirrors its namesake, the Indian Paint Brush flower. Grown at the largest wildflower seed farm in the world, these Tempranillo grapes were harvested at 22 brix to preserve the acidity. This is a full-bodied blush wine with .07 residual sugar. Earthy notes of spring new growth and mowed grass. A medium finish with a shake of white pepper on cantaloupe.
